We offer a 90-day return policy. You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@buddycheers.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@buddycheers.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is within 10 business days after approval
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@buddycheers.com.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error
- If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
Additional Notes
- Return handling time: 1–2 business days after receiving your request
- Do not send items back to the original shipping address
- The official return address will be provided after your return request is approved
